IxianNavigatoruserscripts for figure collectors

Install guide

Get a userscript running in about two minutes.

A userscript is a small piece of JavaScript that runs on one website and changes how it looks or works. Your browser can’t run them on its own; a free extension called a userscript manager does that, and lets you switch each script on and off.

Add a userscript manager to your browser

Pick your browser. If you’re unsure which manager to take, take Violentmonkey: free, open source, no ads.

  1. Install Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey from your browser’s extension store: Tampermonkey, Violentmonkey. Edge has its own Tampermonkey listing.
  2. Allow it to run scripts. Right-click the extension’s icon, choose Manage extension, and turn on Allow User Scripts. Browsers have required this since mid-2025; without it nothing runs.
  3. If you can’t find that switch, your browser is older: turn on Developer mode in the top right corner of the extensions page instead.
  1. Install Violentmonkey or Tampermonkey from Firefox Add-ons.
  2. That’s it. Firefox needs no extra switch.
  1. Install the free Userscripts app from the App Store (Tampermonkey also exists for Safari, but costs money).
  2. Open Safari’s settings, go to Extensions, and tick Userscripts. Allow it on the sites you use.
  1. Install the free Userscripts app from the App Store.
  2. In the iOS Settings app, go to Apps → Safari → Extensions, turn on Userscripts and allow it on all websites (or the ones you use).
  3. Open the Userscripts app once and pick a folder for your scripts when it asks.
  1. Chrome on Android can’t run extensions. Install Firefox from the Play Store.
  2. In Firefox, open the menu, choose Add-ons, and add Violentmonkey or Tampermonkey.

Install a script

  1. Go to the script list and press Install on the one you want.
  2. Your userscript manager opens a page showing the script’s name, the sites it runs on and its code. Press Install (or Confirm installation) there.
  3. Open or reload the site the script is for. The changes appear right away.

On iPhone and iPad: open the Install link in Safari, tap the extensions icon in the address bar, choose Userscripts, and confirm.

Updates, pausing, removing

  • Updates arrive by themselves: the manager checks for a new version regularly (Tampermonkey once a day by default). To check right now, open the manager’s dashboard and use its update button.
  • Pausing: click the manager’s icon and switch the script off. Reload the page to see the site as it was.
  • Removing: open the manager’s dashboard and delete the script. Nothing else is left behind.

Questions

Is this safe?

A userscript can do anything on the sites it is allowed to run on, so only install scripts from people you trust. Your manager shows the code and the list of sites before you install. These scripts run only on the sites listed on their page.

Do the scripts send my data anywhere?

No. They talk only to the site they improve, and load a few static files (images from imgur, fonts from Google Fonts). Settings and history are stored in your own browser. There is no analytics or tracking.

Can the site tell I’m using a script?

The scripts use the same pages and data the site itself loads. Some add their own requests on purpose, for example loading all pages of a collection at once, but nothing runs in the background without you being on the page.

The site looks broken after an update of the site.

Sites change their pages now and then, and a script can break until it is updated. Switch the script off in your manager to get the original site back while you wait for a fix.
